WHAT TYPE OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
We use 100% vegan wax, phthalate-free, skin safe fragrance oils and luxury cotton wicks. We pride ourselves in creating a clean burning environment, cruelty-free and safe for all ages.

We use 100% vegan wax.
Why do some natural candles turn yellow or brown over time?
Most candle makers/companies add stabilizers to their products which are designed to balance color and prevent the fading and yellowing of wax. We do not use ANY stabilizers or additives in our candles, so some fragrances that contain certain components (such as vanillin) may cause your candle to have a tint to it.
If your candle has a tint when you purchase it, or if it develops a tint over time, it’s completely natural and will not affect the scent/quality of your candle.
Why is my candle only burning down the middle?
“Tunneling” is what happens when the wax does not melt all the way to the edge of the container, and therefore only burns down the middle. To prevent this, burn your candle for one hour per inch of the container’s diameter the first time you light it.

HOW FRAGRANT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our scents have been hand selected to include custom blends using the finest essential and phthalate free, skin safe oils. We use a generous amount of oils in our product to create an amazing hot throw. Our scents are known to fill the room.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
We love gifts! Simply enter a note in the checkout section stating “GIFT” and a custom note of your liking. We can print this message out and include it in your order. Please ensure you have proofread your note to confirm it has exactly what you would like it to say. For privacy purposes, we will not include an invoice or receipts in the gift. Instead, a confirmation will be sent to email provided with the order.

Of course! All orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Remember, this is after discounts, and before tax (if applicable).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Haute de lux candles are made to order and are inspected prior to being shipped. Please allow 3-7 business days for your orders to be processed and manufactured prior to being shipped. Candles perform best when they sit for 2-3 days after productions to avoid any issues such as cracking or melting during the shipping process. We typically do not ship over the weekend as it creates delays in receiving your products. All weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. Email updates will be sent once your shipping label is created. This will also allow you to track the status of your delivery as well as provide updates.
