Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns due to the nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. We will look into refunding or replacing your product on a case-by-case scenario.

Damaged products:

Haute De Lux understands that packages can get damaged during the shipping process. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and your happiness is our highest priority. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to report the damages, any time after the 7-day period, no refund will be provided. Refunds and replacements during the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you received a faulty or defective product, please notify us immediately and email us any photos of the damages to hautedelux@gmail.com within the 7-day period.

Insufficient Addresses:

We are unable to cover the cost of your return shipping cost due to entering the wrong address when checking out as it is the customer responsibility to ensure that information is accurate. If your order was returned due to wrong address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by the courier, we will invoice you for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address. We ask that you PLEASE double check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Should you submit an order and need to update an address, please send an email to hautedelux@gmail.com as soon as you realize the address is incorrect. If the order has been shipped prior to receiving the email. Unfortunately, we will not be able to correct or update the address for you. The item will have to be reshipped at the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. However, we do understand the frustration and will do our best to work with pertaining to your order.
